Hey there,
the weather in Germany is crazy at the moment. I don’t even dare to leave the appartment with all that rain. Even our dog Bella has no desire to take long walks looking outside. This ghastly weather still has one advantage – I’m much more motivated to work on my my master thesis than on sunny days.
Anyway. Let’s talk about nicer things – like breakfast. What is your favorite summer breakfast because at the moment? So I can’t get enough of my fresh sweet polenta (perfect for those rainy mornings). Apart from that, banana ice cream, smoothies and smoothie bowls cannot be missed during the summer months.

Smoothies and smoothie bowls give you a perfect opportunity to integrate a load of green leafy vegetables to your diet diet. But have you tried mixing in other vegetables? No? Then I got something for you today. It may sound somewhat off-putting, but you should try to add frozen cauliflower to your smoothies from time to time. If you don’t use too much cauliflower, the cabbage taste does not come through and your smoothie or your smoothie bowl gets a great frosty consistency.
Apart from cauliflower, this recipe als contains frozen bananas for creaminess, fresh pineapple for sweetness and a little bit of lime juice for more freshness.
Sweet. Fresh. Fruity. Simply delicious
