Description

This fresh pineapple smoothie bowl makes a great refreshing summer breakfast. With the addition of frozen cauliflower you do not only add creaminess but also extra nutrients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g frozen banans ((2-3))
  • 150 g fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 50 ml pineapple juice, coconut water or water
  • 80 g cauliflower, frozen

Toppings

  • pineapple chunks
  • roasted coconut flakes
  • chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients, pour into bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings.
