- 60 g (¼ cup) light tahini
- 200 g (¾ cup) soy yogurt, unsweetened
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼–½ tsp salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add tahini, soy yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
- Mince or press the garlic and add it in.
- Stir or blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
