Description

Creamy, nutty, and lemony-fresh – this vegan tahini yogurt sauce is the kind of dip you try once and then want to drizzle over literally everything. Roasted veggies, falafel, grain bowls, salad, sandwiches – you name it, this sauce makes it instantly twice as delicious.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 60 g (¼ cup) light tahini
  • 200 g (¾ cup) soy yogurt, unsweetened 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼½ tsp salt
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Add tahini, soy yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
  2. Mince or press the garlic and add it in.
  3. Stir or blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
