Description

These vegan banana bread bites are naturally sweet, flourless, and ready in minutes in the air fryer or oven. They taste like mini portions of banana bread — just faster, easier, and perfect for a quick healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large ripe bananas (about 220 g)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup quick or rolled oats
  • ¼ cup ground nuts
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Mash bananas with almond butter and vanilla extract.
  2. Add oats, ground nuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Mix well and let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon 6 portions onto parchment paper and shape into small rounds.
  5. Bake in an air fryer at 340°F for 12–14 minutes or in the oven at 365°F for 15–17 minutes.
  6. Enjoy warm or cold. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

Tip: If you have a small piece of banana left over, slice it and press the slices onto the tops of the bites before baking.
