Description
These vegan banana bread bites are naturally sweet, flourless, and ready in minutes in the air fryer or oven. They taste like mini portions of banana bread — just faster, easier, and perfect for a quick healthy snack.
Ingredients

- 2 large ripe bananas (about 220 g)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup quick or rolled oats
- ¼ cup ground nuts
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Mash bananas with almond butter and vanilla extract.
- Add oats, ground nuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix well and let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Spoon 6 portions onto parchment paper and shape into small rounds.
- Bake in an air fryer at 340°F for 12–14 minutes or in the oven at 365°F for 15–17 minutes.
- Enjoy warm or cold. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Notes
Tip: If you have a small piece of banana left over, slice it and press the slices onto the tops of the bites before baking.
