Banana bread – step aside! This naturally sweetened vegan grape bread is the real deal. Toast it and slather it with nut butter for a pretty awesome and healthy breakfast, snack or dinner.

- 1 cup seedless grapes ((150 g))
- 3/4 cup soft dates ((100 g))
- 3/4 cup coconut milk from a can
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup spelt flour ((70 g))
- 1 cup wholegrain spelt flour ((150 g))
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 handful seedless grapes ((optional))
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 320 °F (160 °C).
- Transfer the first five ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the flours, plus the baking powder and soda. Pour in the wet inredients and stir to combine. Fold in the handful of grapes.
- Bake for 45 min. Let cool completely before slicing.
