Description

This tangy cashew-based vegan parmesan is made from 5 ingredients and is perfect for sprinkling over salads or pasta!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts (70 g)
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. The vegan parmesan will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for several weeks.
